The family campout will be Friday Sept 10th and Saturday Sept 11th at William Heise Park. Each family that wants to participate should get $25.00 to Paul Packard ASAP, no later than August 22. Campsite reservations will be made on August 23. The $25.00 will cover the campsite for each family.
Sites will not be reserved for a family until after the $25.00 for the campsite is received. If there are families that want to join after August 23, we will do our best to get them a campsite. Each family should send $25.00 and indicate how many will attend from their family. Please provide Paul with your email address and phone number.
After the event, each family will be notified about the amount that they need to pay for the food. Each year we have been careful to make the food enjoyable and economical. It will be the same this year. Large families paid about $15-20 for food last year. Please spread the word. If you have any questions, contact Paul Packard (760-492-4255).
